1. Final Sale: All orders are considered final unless customers receive items that are damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund or Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer a choice of a refund or replacement based on product availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping: EndlessApparel will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
7. Timely Returns: Please ensure that you return the damaged or incorrect item promptly after receiving return authorization to expedite the resolution process.
8. Non-Returnable Items: Items that are not damaged or incorrect, and meet our quality standards, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
